The Truth Pivot Method™ is operated by Sacred Market LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. When this page says “we” or “us,” it means Sacred Market LLC. When it says “you,” it means the person buying or using the product.

You are buying lifetime access to a self-deception interruption system. That includes the daily loop tool, the pivot sentence library, the identity work, and the truth translation framework.

You are not buying therapy. You are not buying coaching. You are not buying a guarantee about your life. You are buying a tool that interrupts a pattern. What you do with it is your responsibility.

Your account is for you. One person, one account. Do not share your login. Do not resell access. Do not republish the framework, the sentences, or the methodology as your own.

We can suspend or close an account that abuses the product, harasses other users, or violates these terms. We will tell you why.

The price is $97 USD, charged once. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. The charge gives you indefinite access to the current product.

If we materially change what the product is, current users keep access to what they bought.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. This is intentional and aligned with the work itself. You did not buy a trial. You bought a decision.

If a charge is fraudulent, or if a technical failure on our side prevents access, contact us at sacredmarketllc@gmail.com and we will fix it.

The Truth Pivot Method is a tool. It is not a cure. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. We do not guarantee outcomes, results, income, decisions, or healing. People who use the system are responsible for their own choices.

If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or an emergency service in your country. This product is not a substitute for that.

The name Truth Pivot Method™, the methodology, the pivot sentences, the manifesto, the visual identity, and the codebase are owned by Sacred Market LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You do not get a license to copy, redistribute, or train models on it.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We can update these terms. If we make a material change, we will note it here and update the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct conversation will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
